  1. Talk to a friend. They can often answer your question.
  2. Send a message to our electronic suppport desk through
    the WWW or through email - trouble@pps.pgh.pa.us
  3. Read this page which provides links to online help.
  4. As a last resort call Common Knowledge: Pittsburgh at 665-2230.
