RE: New Question: Collaboration Opportunities Between Environmental Agencies

This is the kind of thinking that the National Partnership for
Reinventing Governmet (NPR) might be interested in.  Kind of fits
with the "Hassle free communities" and kiosk access to gov't services
on line ideas they are pursuing.  The "banking ATM access" outside
the library has an almost science fiction sound to it now, but so
did the ATM idea itself a very short time ago. I hope an NPR person
may be reading this and able to weigh in...
