Mark, 

Congratulations on the success of your Boulder project and your
web site.  Just for the sake of perspective for the participants
in the Dialogue, I looked at EPA's August statistics on the EPA
web.  It was still summer -- schools were not back in session, so
we had dropped from 95,000,000 hits in May to only 78,010,343 hits,
15,745,042 page requests and 704,415 distinct hosts.   And, EPA
must be far from the busiest of government sites.  pat
