Rebekah asks if these documents are going to the depository
libraries.  Keep in mind that the House Appropriations
Committee voted to discontinue ALL physical distribution of
material to depository libraries.  Congress compromised,
saying GPO should rely more on the web.  GPO seems
to be interpreting that to mean they can't distribute 
publications that are available on the web, which are
currently about half the material sent to depository 
libraries. 

So no, don't assume that the government is making the
publications you want available to the libraries.
