Subject: RE: getting documents to the public
If you get enough of the paper copies in enough public and/or academic libraries that they show up when someone searches a regional library system catalog, then people will find them when they visit public libaries to find out about drinking water issues. Ideally, you would provide catalog records to these libraries.
