I'm Diane Moody,the Upper School Librarian (grades 6-12) at Antilles
School, St. Thomas. The Virgin Islands is at a critical period
environmentally. A cash-strapped, on-the-verge-of-bankrupcty
government is both a watchdog and a major polluter. The public
here has a great need for access to information and I have great
hope for this conference in helping with that need.
