I agree with the comment about the manipulation of our government by American businesses. But what choice do they have? The government controls a large percentage of our GNP, and static bureaucratice lifers have regulatory power and our benevolant government chooses to tackle whomever threatens its control. The only monoploies that have ever existed in the United States are those sponsored and supported by the government. Bill Gates and Microsoft have no monolply, nor can they in a free enterprise system; however, our Justice Department is attempting to administer justice to them right now. Bill Gates is being assaulted by socialism on a large scale but you and I are feeling the same tyranny. That 7.5% FICA tax that I pay and the portion my employer pays (which should be my raise) are based on the same un-American principals.
Our national priority must be preserving American values. It is a do or die situation. Social-Fascism or Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness (and property). Your intentions seem to be right but your method is Machiavellian.
