Several participants have brought up the question of whether EPA reports should be available in print form and/or electronic. During the last budget cycle there was a movement in Congress to cut funding for the Government Printing Office and only "publish" electronically.
In light of possible GPO changes, increased public access to the Internet, space limitations in many libraries, what types of materials are most appropriate for paper distribution? What criteria makes sense?
