RE: Personnel Development

Ms. Hawbaker has an interesting idea.  At my school I have 
proposed three teachers sharing two classes at the same 
time, with one experienced teacher designated as a lead 
teacher.  This team approach helps all three in lesson 
planning and analysis of student work.  In addition, it is a 
"safe" way for these teachers to observe each other and 
offer constructive criticism.  Perhaps the state can provide 
grants to fund such innovations.
