Participating in the discussion simply as an audience member up to this point has reaffirmed my beliefs that we must "personalize" Social Security through individual accounts! This solution offers the only real opportunity to create true "equality and equity" for both women and minorities and at the same time secure a fair financial future for generations that follow.
