Here's a quick question:  Why can't the American people be free to opt out of 
the system?  One might argue that some people would not have the foresight to 
plan for their retirement, but shouldn't this be our right in a free society? 
 To phrase the question a little differently, if I refuse to participate in 
this system, should I be persecuted for my decision?  Thank you in advance
