In response to Infrastructure. Do not confuse building with paying for it. Infrastructure is paid for by bonds paid for over decades and therefore, it was previous generations which began and built infrastructure which is being paid for today. Had they really built and paid for it back then, we would not have the problem we have today. They began Social Security, but failed to pay for the "infrastructure" and have left it to subsequent generations to pay for.
