REACHING OUT

In reading the summaries for September 27th, it was noted that some libraries in the rural areas of the Country do not have extended hours. This also goes for urban libraries due to budget cutbacks. Thinking outside of the box .. we could partner with other entities to help make computers available to the general public to access the internet. Locate computers in retail areas, police and/or fire departments (since most are open 24 hours a day), schools, colleges, universities, youth and senior centers, YMCA's or YWCA's etc.. Place them where the people are.
