I agree. It strikes me as so peculiar to have to pay for an outside
the agency company to interpret and put in a easy to handle format
Agency information. It happens all the time. Examples: Inside EPA
Reports (there are several), various materials on environmental
laws, the BNA Reporter (and series), the list is endless. We already
paid for the information once...why do we have to pay someone
else in order to understand it or have it in a format that is
easy to handle??
