This is an out of the box idea but is there any way some Foundation could
set up a drive by ATM type of computer touch screen that provides the
information 24/7/365 on environmental issues discussed in this network.
Particularly rural libraries have limited hours and Stewardship begins with
sparks of interest and to get a burning commitment you need to provide
tinder and kindling when the spark occurs. Just a thought.
