While I empathize with your (and the public) need for quick raw data, I also recognize that earlier in this discussion the topic centered on trusting the EPA and their data. It seems to me that early release of data before presentation in context and with explaination of the possible interpretations of the data, that the use of quick, raw data out of context could quickly destroy the credibility of the agency. The EPA provides mountains of information - and when credability becomes questionable, the value of what EPA provides may be lost.
While empathetic, I think a careful approach to information presentation and interpretation does everyone the most good in the long run.
