Hi folks,
Here is the information regarding the first ever set of NYLA conference
programs sponsored by the Social Responsibilities Round Table. These were
not listed on the Preliminary Program but should be on the Final Program
distributed at the conference.
SRRT Business Meeting
Thursday, Nov. 2, 3:15-4:30
Saratoga Public Library, Glasby Room
Our first ever since SRRT's inception by the NYLA Council last December. For
all current and prospective SRRT members. Come and brainstorm how you'd like
SRRT to define ourselves. Volunteers for officers are most welcome.
The Library as Environmental Partner
Friday, Nov. 3, 9:45-11:00 am
Saratoga Public Library, Glasby Room
Tips on how federal, local and municipal agencies, and non-governmental
organizations, can work with your library and provide grant funding for
environmentally-related projects.
Speakers (thus far): Frederick Stoss, SUNY Buffalo Science & Engineering

Anne Rabe, Citizens Environmental Coalition
