In your (Kevin Laughlin) message you said:  "Perhaps posting
proactive opportunities to state library web sites or an agreed
upon regional site would help them in better serving local learning
needs."   This topic will come up later in the Agenda, but please
do start thinking about your responses.  EPA has several list serv
opportunities that librarians could sign up for, and also has some
lists that are libraries or librarians.  How could we better enlist
their interest?  You also noted training needs.  Again, this will
be on the Agenda later, but if you cannot be part of the Dialogue
then, send your ideas to this "Thread" and they won't be lost to
the rest of us. pat
