I must echo Glenn Landers' support of EPA's continual distribution
of documents in multiple mediums. New Mexico is primarily a rural
state. Most of the small farms towns, villages and communities are
not ready for the internet. Their infrastructure does not support
a working network. The cost associated with those improvements makes
the progress near impossible. Not to mention that people are afraid
of losing that "small town" atmosphere.
This is just another reason for EPA to continue to provide documents
in a multitude of mediums.
