Hi, everyone. By way of introduction, I've been responsible for the EPA Region 3 Library in Philadelphia for twenty-some years. The discussion so far has been really fascinating--so many different needs and viewpoints. Thanks so much for taking the time to participate.
One topic that has been mentioned in several messages is the difficulty of obtaining draft policies/reports/etc. Is this type of material important to you? Should EPA make a greater effort to put drafts on the web site? There is some concern that doing so might cause confusion, especially if there are significant differences between drafts and finals. Is it worth taking the chance?
