I concur that it would be valuable for the EPA to provide case studies of citizen involvement in the regulatory and permiting process. I suggest both a text and video format be used. Information in the case studies might include:
1. How and where to gather needed materials.
2. How to prepare your information for a hearing.
3. How to present information at a hearing including oral, written, and visual formats.
4. How to follow up a hearing, post hearing submissions, arguments, and further testimony.
In effect, you provide a citizen participation package for the environmental process.
