Subject: RE: Question for Sept 19: What about EPA's info?
I am interested to know whether people think that EPA should be responsible for just providing quality data vs. "packaging" it for various audiences through summarization, interpretation, etc. In short, should EPA be striving to directly meet the information needs of its various stakeholders or should that role be taken on by intermediaries such as environmental groups, trade associations, or--particularly relevant here--libraries and other institutions without explicit political agendas?
