I find that the information on the EPA web site to be limited, both in scope and with regard to time sensitivity.
The search function is very frustrating unless you know exactly the title for which you are looking.
The ability to print PDF files is great, if you have the time to print section by section. It does take less time to download section by section, but that is not always a time saver if one wants to print the entire document.
It would be a great benefit to many users to be able to print a document in one step.
