Good Morning!

I am the Project Manager for the EPA's National Service Center for
Environmental Publications, (NSCEP), 

	http://www.epa.gov/ncepihom 

The NSCEP manages and disseminates current EPA publications for
program offices to the public free of charge.  I am also on the
EPA Information Access Team and am very interested in continued
and improved access to environmental publications both electronically
and in paper.

I am looking forward to the Dialogue.
