I work in EPA's headquarters Office of Wetlands, Oceans and Watersheds. I have a long time interest in providing useful information for local activists and officials to ease their efforts to find, analyze and use environemntal information at the community. I am currently working on collecting information on watershed restoration plans and trying to figure how to best make that information to others. I started my environemntal career working for local Environmental Commissions in New Jersey and my sister is a librarian, so I guess I see the value of this effort from several perspectives! I'm excited about this dialogue and greatful for the chance to participate.
