I work in OPPT at EPA Headquarters.  I work on a team that is going
to be developing Web based Expert Systems that will assist in
compliance with OPPT (and hopefully other EPA) Regulations.
Basically, the format will consist of an interview session that
allow the user to determine if the Reg. applies to them and if so,
give a simple report explaining their compliance obligations.  The
target audience for these Regulatory Advisors is people who are
subject to OPPT regulations, such as small businesses, that may
not be aware of these regs or be able to understand a Fed. Register
