Hi Rod,

Could you elaborate a little here? You said, "Currently in Iowa, we're asking candidates to voluntarily file electronically. It's a lot to ask because it makes them vulnerable to last minute attacks."

How so? I want to understand how filing electronically, which sounds very sensible to me, makes one more vulnerable to attack. What is the circumstance that increases that vulnerability?
