I want to add my voice in agreement with this statement. Because the legislature insists on keeping 40 thugs in class, 1000 students have their education damaged. I read stories in the newspaper about little girls being expelled because they had a fork in their lunch bag - I don't believe it. We have students who steal cars after school and they are back in class the next day. We have thugs occupying stair wells so other kids are late to class because they are afraid to go up those stairs - and the occupation of the stair well was negotiated with the principal so these students wouldn't be somewhere more visible.
