Good idea. I would like to opt out of income taxes. Wasn't around to speak against passing the 16 amendment. Also, I'd like to opt out of the National Debt. Nobody asked me about spending the money. I'm mean, come on, I knew that the Soviet economy was going to collapse, and we were bound to win the Cold War. No use spending all that money on the military industrial complex!
