    NO

    SURE  THIS WILL ALWAYS BE SO.  BUT WE SHOULD TRY TO GET THE
    NUMBER ALAP.  THE DIFF from WELFARE IS OLD PEOPLE CAN'T WORK.

    PROBABLY NOT  BUT LETS KEEP TRYING.  I think very AFFLUENT
    families in the future should worry about anarchy if they don't
    help substantially the people in the bottom quartile of the
    economy.
