This question has been answered 2000 years with the Golden Rule.The
question that we are trying to answer now is "How to we restructure
a system where the coverage has been gradually expanded to cover
more categories of people with greater benefits, but with paying
little attention to how to pay for it?". Until recently politicians
were able to raise the FICA taxes with little visibility. But now,
the chickens are coming home to roost!!
