RTK NET has a Web site that gives information on LEPCs (Local Emergency Planning Committees), at http://www.rtk.net/lepc/ that it hosts for EPA. LEPCs are the groups that are supposed to plan responses to chemical accidents; there is often one LEPC for each county, often based around the Fire Department. This LEPC site has a national list of all the LEPCs and their Web sites.
