The "public" in general trusts what the EPA says. In fact, alot of the local governments and the general public rely on the EPA for environmental data and their interpretation. I think it is important to have access to both the data and the analysis of the data by the Agency. And, it is important for the Agency to be viewed as interpreting the data with an unbiased eye.
