Belated Greetings

I just found out about this forum.  I commend EPA on their foresight
regarding communications with stakeholders.  My name is Jim Cooper
and I'm with SOCMA, an association that represents the batch and
specialty chemical industry.  Our members tend to be smaller companies
and make products that have specific functions.  For example, our
members make chemical intermediates, which are used to produce
compounds with very specific molecular structures.  These are
used to make a whole range of things, such as compounds that
make seat belts stronger.  They are also crucial in the manufacture
of medicines.  I look forward to our e-conversations.
