How does the "average person on the street" determine this ? Ditto for an issue like recycling. It seems to be touted at the environmentally "friendly" thing to do--but in fact a lifecycle analysis might come to a different conclusion. Is there a system on locally based "life cycle analysis" resource experts where the "average environmentally concerned citizen" can go to assist in making these specific determinations. Another ubiquitous question: Paper or Plastic ?
