RE: Response to S. Curwood's q's

I agree with Karen's assessment of the EPA site. The strength 
of the site is in it's great introductory approach which offers
the public insight into the EPA maze of information, legislation, and
resources. As Karen points out, it is difficult beyond this introduction
to find specific reports and statistics. Often, one needs to 
know what local agency has been tasked or received EPA project 
funding and contact the agency directly to locate information.
