I am focusing on one line in your message: "I don't think the
question is how much is too much information for the public,
but rather how to organize it so people can gain
access to as much as they need."
What are your suggestpons on organizing and what would others
suggest? Are we talking navigability on the Internet,
and usability, or something else?
