Hello! I am the Library Manager of the electronic library service for the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. My interest in this Dialogue is to be come more aware of reliable sites with national and state regulations in air or water quality, waste reduction and removal, and underground storage tanks. A staff member has just told me most of what I need is available free--I need to know before I commit to purchasing a rather comprehensive but costly resource.
