I have been the librarian for the Illinois EPA since 1976. Our
clients are primarily the technical and legal staff of the Agency,
but we also serve the public.
One of our primary concerns is the availability of current and
historical USEPA documents, especially background documents and
guidance related to rulemaking. We are concerned about longterm
access to documents that are not being made available in paper
copy.
I look forward to participating in the Dialogue.
