Hello:

It has been my good fortune to have attended several multi-day environmental remediation workshops which were sponsored by the INSTITUTE for SCIENCE and INTERDISCIPLINARY STUDIES ( ISIS ). The ISIS workshops which I attended had, if my memory serves me correctly, a maximum duration of 4 or 5 days. They were truly informative, interesting and educational. I heartily recommend attendance of their workshops in Massachusetts. Perhaps they provide workshops elsewhere. Their URL is : isis@hampshire.edu.

In addition, I have in the past been informed of several environmental remediation workshops and seminars hosted throughout our nation by the CENTER for PUBLIC ENVIRONMENTAL OVERSIGHT. Some of these I attended. In all of these cases, I learned much. CPEO also provides web access to its own excellent and informative databases. The following is their

CPEO also regularly e-mails a newsletter concerned with environmental remediation issues.
