Need for Public participation bibliography and conference

After reading through lots of messages, I am going to suggest (as I have in other messages) that a bibliography of public participation resources could be a great asset to lots of oflks. Also, how about a conference (I mean a face-to-face) one on that specific topic. If anyone is interested in either of these topics, please contact me.
