I would agree with Bob & Marci and would add that the other problem that exsits is getting the general public to want to devote the personal time that is needed to be involved in a TAG grant or a local community group. I find it to be a problem in our area. People want to know whats going on but don't want to be directly involved other than a handful. Also the need for local government to become involved with the Environmental issues in their Town. Local Selectman, State Reps and Senators. We have excellent support from our State Rep and Senator but not our own local Selectman. How do we accomplish these goals?
