Good to hear such common sense info; citizens also have much common sense and need to be heard at the discussion table. Also, some of the problems may be technical, but are primarily political and need a more collaborative relationship to be established by all parties.

Many communities have retired people with the time and expertise to sit in on the so-called technical discussions;we have done so now for over a decade and do not find the technical problems overwhelming. We ask the practical questions about various options and ask directly that they be explained to us.
Getting citizens to the discussion table is a must!
