Connie,
You raise a very good method here. The only way to achieve balance in the decision-making process is to use the same fora that other lobbying organizations use. I participate in many multi-stakeholder meetings, panels, etc., which are open to the public. All participants are heard with equal access because those are the rules by which these meetings are conducted. All meeting summaries are made available to the public as well.
