This is a good point Chris, but the first part, that people are more likely to participate if it was less costly to them is also true. In that light I think more Moms/Dads would come to meetings if they knew their would be childcare available at those sessions. My friends and I bring our kids to some meetings and let them run all over creation, because we have no choice. Its either bring 'em or we can't come. This is a real issue.
