Is there a web site that has a sole purpose to track President Bush's environmental decisions as they happen and are implemented to make a permanent track record? Maybe this web site should also track Bush's political campaign contributions?
The final answer will be to have every permit holder fund this real time on line monitoring as part of, and a built in cost of, their permit requirement. All permit holders would be doing is validating their permit compliance. CLEAN has demanded this be a part of every permit at every permit hearing that we attend.
