Hi Jeff - I agree with everything that you wrote but would like some additional input. Based on your experience, how would EPA go about reaching librarians in small, rural communities? Often in Nebraska these are retired teachers or someone who loves to read. The librarian may or may not have Internet access or have any formal training in library science. And I'm pretty sure that they aren't going to attend any meetings for librarians.
