Thanks for the insight-- For several years, I worked with communities that were impacted by the closure of military bases and I experienced firsthand the benefits of providing timely access to information and training. I wanted to emphasize your bullet on feedback. It is essential that we tell people that we value the input and how their comments were incorporated into the process.
