My Name is Ray Leverich, I am a system operator/past board member of a small water system in the mountains of New Mexico. As a current Board member of the New Mexico Rural Water Users Assoc., I have been envolved with rural water for the majority of my life (at least 50 years) and consider myself an end user of the EPA regulatory process. I'm realist enough to understand the processes going on here. Its a start. All the individual questions can not be anserwed, but may provide a tiny spark in the thought technique as it approaches time to write the rule. I appreciate the opportunity.
