Greetings to all:

I feel a little out of place here. I am a concerned citizen brought on board by someone who has been active with the EPA discussions before. My name is Andrea Stoeckel. I am an ordained United Church of Christ minister (www.ucc.org). My path has been quite diverse as I have also been a cook, a social worker, and an acivist with and within diverse communites in age, race, economic status and sex.

My reason for being here is to sort of remind the EPA that there are a lot of us out here. A minister's role used to be as an advocate for community, but, more often than not as of late, the minister isn't turned to as a community leader. We become more of a participatory observer.

I have worked within rural communities all over the country, now living in the Capital District of Albany NY. I may ist back and be more observant than verbal, but I am here. God's call is for us to be stewards of this earth. Let us be mindful of that.
